Childcare is defined as the action of looking after children.  This could be a day-care center, babysitter, nanny, caregiver, or care provider usually while parents are not around.  With the increment in our busy schedules and parents working from home, there is a high demand of this service while the parent is at home.  Some will refer this relationship as having a Nanny that will usually be doing more in terms of caring for a child and participation in the child’s life, but now a days that is a matter of the family lifestyle and present necessities.

After 18 years in the industry we can say that all parents want the same thing: the safety and wellbeing of their children, to have someone reliable who can understand and be gentle with their kids, and to have an extra set of hands to help them with their routine when this help is around, no matter the day or time, it resumes to that.
